Press Secretary of the NKR Ministry of Defense Senor Asatryan refuted Azerbaijani media reports on a skirmish on the contact line between the Armenian and Azeri troops in the Aghdam region. “It is a figment of Azerbaijan’s propaganda imagination. There was no skirmish. The Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces are in full control of the contact line, making the Azerbaijani side honor the 1994 cease-fire agreement,” he said.
