Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree awarding an Order of Friendship to Head of the Rescue Service, RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Sergey Azaryan.

The awarding ceremony will be held at the RF Embassy in Yerevan, on December 13, at 12:00, RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informed NEWS.am.

The Armenian official has been awarded for professionalism and courage shown in fire extinguishing operations in Russia.

On October 13, RF President awarded Deputy Head of the Department of Rescue Forces of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel Pavel Gyozalyan with “Medal for Courage”.
