According to the information at Haykakan Zhamanak daily’s disposal, Assistant to Armenian President Gevorg Kostanyan will be appointed Armenian Justice Minister.
He served as Armenian Deputy Justice Minister till July 2, 2008. Kostanyan is also Armenia’s Representative to the European Court of Human Rights.
