Artsvik Minasyan, MP of ARF Dashnaktsutyun considers that Karen Karapetyan is a good manager, modern-thinking man, but not a political figure. Speaking at today’s press conference the MP touched upon Yerevan Mayor elections and candidacy of Chairman of ArmRusgasprom Board Karen Karapetyan.

Stressing that Council of Alderman and the City Hall are formed from the political viewpoint, Minasyan refrained from assessment of Karapetyan’s political approaches. “He is a professional manager, I think that private sector needs such experts,” he added.

Speaking of a recent cabinet reshuffle, the MP noted that we must expect changes from the government, that is program review and ideological changes which are based on staff policy.
