Foreign communities of Azerbaijan are embroiled in serious disputes. Therefore events of so-called World Congress of Azerbaijanis are simultaneously held in different counties. Even authorities of Azerbaijan had to admit it despite their efforts to improve the situation.  

 “Each of us is well aware there is no unity between us, as conflicts spoil everything. We should work separately. It is better than be unanimous and do nothing,” Nazim Ibrahimov, chairman of State Committee on work with Diaspora, said at a press conference in Baku.
