On December 17, Chief of Armenian Armed Forces General Staff Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov received Mark Montgomery, Deputy Director (DJ5), Plans, Policy and Strategy, United States European Command.

The sides discussed the cooperation between Armenian armed forces and U.S. European Command and regional security issues.

Mark C. Montgomery also visited the peacekeeping subdivision of Armenian Defense Ministry  and got acquainted with the tasks of  brigade’s peacekeeping missions.
