On December 17, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received members of US- Great Britain joint Advisory group on strategic defense review.

The sides touched upon the progress in the strategic review process and agreed on the fields to be provided with advisory assistance in 2011, RA Defense Ministry press service informed NEWS.am.

The Advisory Group is on a visit to Armenia on December 13-18. Issues related to the ongoing reforms on strategic defense review were discussed at the meetings with representatives of Armenian Defense Ministry and relevant subdivisions of the Armenian armed forces. The group also provided assistance on the last “Raising public awareness” phase.
