At the moment the oath ceremony of newly appointed Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan is being held in the City Hall.  During the ceremony Karapetyan swore to respect RA Constitution and laws, fulfill his duties and act for the good of Yerevan citizens.

Armenia’s political elite - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, almost all ministers and other officials were present at the swearing-in ceremony, NEWS.am correspondent reported.
