September 22-24, 2009 Turkish President Abdullah Gul will take part in the opening ceremony of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia, Turkish Haberx website reports.

Abdullah Gul back in the past was the director of Islamic Development Bank branch of Saudi Arabia, NEWS.am informs.

Saudi Arabia and Turkey are tied with numerous business contracts, under which Saudi Arabia makes billionth U.S. dollar investments in Turkey. Under the agreement signed in October 2008, Saudi Arabia invests U.S. $20 bln in the agricultural sector of Turkey.
