A foundation for new village in Nor Kilikia (New Kilikia) was laid in Martakert region, Nagorno-Karabakh. Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia is initiator and sponsor of the project.
The first suburb will be built on nine hectares. If weather remains favourable, ten cottages will be constructed till end of the year for families of Karabakh war victims.
