September 25, RA Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Ghazinyan received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby in Yerevan.

The latter was accompanied by the Head of the EU delegation in Armenia Raul de Lutzenberger and Lithuanian Ambassador to Armenia Giedrius Apuokas (EU Swedish presidency representative), RA MFA Press and Information Department informed NEWS.am.

Ghazinyan signified Armenia-EU relations and touched upon EU European Partnership program. Deputy Foreign Minister expressed hope that this project will further both Armenian-EU relations and multi-sided cooperation between the countries in the region.

The officials discussed Armenian-Turkish relations and Armenia’s position on the recent developments of Karabakh peace process.
