A special group will be formed in February for constitutional reforms, wrote Armenian Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan on his Facebook.

He touched upon the tools of transitional justice during the online press conference on Monday.

Asked to comment on the statement that opposition says there would be no government-perceived vetting, he noted that they have already had strategic documents, such as Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan, which are already in the public debate.

Certain elements of transitional justice will also be addressed in the Judicial Strategy Document, which will be published shortly, he said adding that a special constitutional reform group will be formed in February 2020.
