YEREVAN. – The Chief of Police of Armenia, Valeriy Osipyan, has signed several orders on making personnel changes within the country’s law enforcement. Edgar Janoyan, Deputy Chief of Police Information Department, on Wednesday told about this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Accordingly, by one such order, Zvartnots International Airport police chief Levon Begoyan has been dismissed and sent to the Police personnel reserve.

Along with the corresponding orders of the Chief of Police, Ijevan city police chief Georgi Mirzoyan and Tavush Province police chief Gagik Dallakyan have also been discharged and sent to the Police personnel reserve.

In addition, Noyemberyan town police chief Armen Antonyan has been appointed Tavush Province police chief, while Karen Hakobyan—who was in the Police personnel reserve—has been appointed Noyemberyan town police chief.
