Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in New York, Turkish mass media reports.

The officials presented mass media the meeting agenda. Clinton stated that would discuss a wide range of problems with her Turkish counterpart. “We intend to touch upon energy issues, EU-Turkey relations, the progress in Armenian-Turkish relations, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and the Middle East related problems. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Davutoglu for the Turkish authorities’ efforts to normalize Armenian-Turkish relations,” Hillary Clinton said.

In the course of the meting five topics were discussed. According to the diplomatic sources, Davutoglu spoke about the recent developments in Armenian-Turkish reconciliation.
