This January-February, Armenia received 3.5 times as much humanitarian aid as last January-February, reported the RA Statistical Service of Armenia.

Specifically, Armenia received U.S. $11 million humanitarian aid this January-February against U.S. $3.2 million aid last January-February. The U.S. is major donor, its humanitarian aid provided to Armenia estimated at U.S. $8 million - a 12-fold increase as compared with last year. Switzerland delivered U.S. $800,000 humanitarian aid to Armenia.

Medicines constitute greater part of humanitarian aid to Armenia.
