OSCE MG Co-Chairs did not develop any document neither in Baku, nor in Yerevan to be signed by Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Chisinau, Russian MG Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov stated in Baku, October 6.

Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev will meet October 8 in Chisinau. Prior to Co-Chairs visit to the region, there were talks they will present the revised version of Madrid Principles, which however did not occur. Most experts explain it by the fact that international community does not currently wish to issue any document not to hinder Armenian-Turkish Protocols’ signing.
