No other political blocs or alliances should be expected to form besides the alliance formed by the Heritage Party and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) in connection with the Armenian-Turkish normalization and Nagorno-Karabakh peace processes, Manvel Sargian, Senior Analyst, Political Affairs, Armenian Center for National and International Studies, told NEWS.am.

According to him, the two parties’ alliance is the only form of united Opposition. As to what accounts for the passivity shown by the extra-parliamentary Opposition represented by the Armenian National Congress (ANC), the expert said that the ANC must have taken a wait-and-see attitude. “They have no proposals and are just observers,” Sargsian said.
