Days of Armenian culture under “Germany and Armenians” device will launch in Cologne, Germany on November 27, representatives of the Armenian Apostolic Church Diocese in Germany inform.
The opening ceremony is timed to Komitas 140th birthday anniversary (Armenian Classical music founder, composer). The presentations covering his life and work will be initiated.
Dignitary of the Armenian Diocese and Komitas Choir will attend the event. A report on “Armenian traces in Germany” will be followed by a liturgy in St. Sahak-Mesrop church.
Literary soiree by Conrad Kuhn, a playwright and translator, will present his new book about Armenian poet Yeghishe Charents.
