October 7, RA President Serzh Sargsyan arrived in Rostov-on-Don to meet Armenian Diaspora within the framework of Pan-Armenian tour.
While visiting Beirut, Sargsyan failed to convince Armenians of Lebanon in the advisability of the Protocols’ signing. Diaspora met him with protests and said their definite ‘no’ to the documents.
