In the course of the October 7 meting with Diaspora representatives in Rostov-on-Don, RA President Serzh Sargsyan stated that during Pan-Armenian tour he called to multiply efforts in political, economic and any other support to Armenia.

“I called not to weaken, but intensify efforts on international recognition and condemnation of the Genocide. There is not a single Armenian in the world having another opinion on Karabakh or Genocide issues. This unity can move mountains move mountains and no matter how hard some Turkish officials try to show the concerned stance of our compatriots toward our country as compulsion attempt, they will not succeed. They cannot sow discord within Armenia and Diaspora,” Sargsyan underlined.

“I went on this tour as needed support of our sisters and brothers throughout the world. At that, the support should not be in the form of unanimous endorsement of the Protocols. What matters is the sole of our nation, memory and readiness to act,” RA President stated.

“Within a week, I have seen a number of Armenians living in different countries, affiliated to various parties and non-parties, trained or graduated from the best universities, and undergraduates. There were people of different views, world outlook and skills. There were those supporting me and staunch oppositionists among, but we all were unified by one thing – devoted love for our Motherland, true desire to see our country dignified and protected from misfortunes. I wish for our people to live a decent life. I pledge that key to all this is go-ahead,” Sargsyan concluded.
