After Armenia-Turkey Protcols’ signing the participants will make three-minute statements. According to NEWS.am reporter, Armenian, Turkish, French, Russian Foreign Ministers as well as U.S. Secretary of State will deliver a speech.

The ceremony will take place in the Aula hall of the History Department at the University of Zurich. “It will be a step towards Armenia-Turkey reconciliation, normalization of the countries’ relations. It is very important step, but not the final stage,” Swiss political analyst Vincent Landen said.

It is noteworthy that the signing ceremony takes place in Switzerland as this country has recognized Genocide and passed the law providing criminal responsibility for the Genocide negation. The law was applied to Dogu Perencek.
