The Armenian and Azerbaijani president's meeting in Moscow will reveal prospects of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) conflict settlement progress, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at the July 9 press conference.

“Today a meeting with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen will be held in Baku. Yesterday they were in Yerevan, and we will see what message they have to deliver,” said Mammadyarov.
The Foreign Minister pays undivided attention to determination of Nagorno-Karabakh's legal status: “Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan, and the latter has to determine Karabakh's legal status. It is abnormal that part of Azerbaijan has no status.” As per him, the internally displaced persons should return to Karabakh, otherwise, it would be difficult to determine the status definitely. “This is one of the topics of talks with Armenian side,” Mammadyarov added.

Recently, in the interview with Russian TV channel “Vesti Nedeli”, Azerbaijani President declared that Nagorno-Karabakh's status issue can be settled in 10 or 100 years or possibly never.
