“I am not aware of where and with whom the Azerbaijani President discussed the territorial issue, but not with me,” RA President Serzh Sargsyan, told journalists before leaving for Moscow, October 12. Sargsyan commented on his Azerbaijani counterpart’s statement on the agreement achieved during the recent meeting in Chisinau on territorial issues over Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to RA President, the interim and final status of Nagorno-Karabakh was the subject of the talks during Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents’ meeting in Chisinau. “I am not surprised that the Azerbaijani President expressed his discontent with the results of the meeting. However, his statement agreements on territorial issues is surprising,” Sargsyan said.
