Yerevan City Hall banned ARF Dashnaktsutyun October 16 rally near Moscow cinema. October 9, ARF Supreme Board representative Armen Rustamyan submitted notification to the City Hall on holding a rally near Moscow movie theatre on October 16, City Hall informed NEWS.am.
According to the document, meeting had to last two hours from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. As a result of discussion, the City Hall banned the rally, reasoning that there will be another event the same time October 16.
