The Georgian Opposition is resuming actions of protests early this November.

Political parties and the public have to coordinate their efforts to struggle against the incumbent regime, Eka Baseliya, Secretary General of the Movement for United Georgia, stated on October 15. He pointed out that a popular movement will be organized, which will not make any compromise with the Saakashvili regime.

“The Opposition parties are holding relevant consultations to be completed soon. We have agreed on a common strategy – launching the movement of protest in the first days of November at the latest,” GHN reported, quoting Beselia.

Among other participants in the movement are the Conservative Party, the parties led by Nino Burjanadze and Salome Zurabishvili, as well as the National forum.
