Armenian delegation will participate in 21st meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization (BSCE) on October 22 in Baku. The delegation will be headed by RA Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosyan, RA Foreign Ministry Press Service informed NEWS.am.
The Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) is an intergovernmental organization that comprises 12 states: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. The organization was founded on May 1, 1999 at the basis of Treaty on Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Presently Azerbaijan is chairing in BSEC till October 31 current year.
