Two delegations of Turkish Grand National Assembly MPs are leaving for Baku aimed at dispelling negative sentiments after the Armenia-Turkey Protocols’ signing.
The members of Turkish Parliament Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs will pay an official visit to Baku on October 25-28 at the invitation of Azerbaijani Milli Mejlis. The members of ruling Justice and Development party are among the delegation. The oppositional Republican People’s Party (RPP) that opposes the Protocols and government policy, denied joining the delegation. The visit will be followed by another one: Azerbaijan-Turkey friendship group members.
