October 20, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan participated in the meeting of Turkish National Security Council representatives. The officials discussed the recent developments following Armenia-Turkey Protocols signed October 10 as well as Kurdish issue, Turkish Zaman daily reports.
According to the daily, Turkish Government stands for the ratification of the Protocols’ by the parliament. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu briefly presented the Turkey-Armenia relations’ normalization process.
The issues on increased tension between Turkey and Israel were discussed as well.
