Guarantee of regional issues’ resolution is the establishment of multilateral economic cooperation between the BSEC countries without preconditions, RA Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosyan stated at the 21st meeting of the BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers.

He also outlined certain progress achieved in that direction referring to Armenia-Turkey Protocols signed Oct. 10 in Zurich, RA Foreign Office Press Service informed NEWS.am.

Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Leonidas Chrysanthopoulos also touched upon Armenia-Turkey Protocols in his speech. The documents are of great importance for the establishment and development of regional cooperation as well as collaboration in the frames of BSEC. In the end of the meeting, the right for BSEC chairmanship was solemnly handed over from Azerbaijan to Bulgaria.
