Michael Tariverdiyev commemoration meeting was held at the RF Embassy in Armenia.

Attending the meeting were RF Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko, Embassy staff members and Head of the Artsakh diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Pargev Martirosyan.

The attendees listened to the reciter Anna Mikaelyan, who told the great composer’s biography.

Michael Tariverdiyev’s compositions that made him famous were accompanying the recitation.

Ambassador Vyacheslav Kovalenko made a speech at the meeting. He expressed his appreciation of Micahel Tariverdiev’s talent, which played an essential role in Russia’s cultural life and in strengthening Armenia-Russian friendship.
