Gagik Tsarukyan, Chairman of the Prosperous Armenia Party, comprising the ruling coalition, participated in the 12th congress of the Party of Ukrainian Regions in Kiev.
Analitika.at.ua reported that Tsarukyan was invited as an honorary guest. Members of “United Russia”, “New Azerbaijan”, “Centrist union of Moldova”, as well as Turkish Justice and Development party delegation were also present as VIP guests.
