Three soldiers were killed, two others injured as an explosion hit Shemdinli district of Hakkari province, south-eastern Turkey.
The soldiers were killed due to mine explosions targeting a detached unit, Zaman newspaper reports.
Later it turned out Turkish soldiers noticed two Kurdish rebels, who were planting bombs on the road and disarmed them.
