James Steinberg, the US Deputy Secretary of State will arrive in Armenia on July 11, 2009. The main purpose of Steinberg’s visit is to discuss Armenian-US relations, Tigran Balayan, Acting Head of Media Relations Division at Armenian MFA, stated. James Steinberg will meet with the RA President Serzh Sargsyan and the Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan. “All details will be presented at the press conference after the meeting,” Balayan said.

Arriving in Baku today, Steinberg informed, that the main purpose of his visit to Azerbaijan is the discussion of Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
