ISTANBUL. – With efforts of the governor of Adilcevaz district in the Turkish province of Bitlis, a portable swimming pool is constructed and now set on Lake Van.

Governor Ahmet Dilsiz of the Adilcevaz district said that the portable swimming pool is very important in terms of tourism development, underscoring that their creation is the first of its kind in the region. “The swimming pool is 1.40-1.60 meters deep. It does not need special clean-up, since it is constantly refreshed with the healthy waters of Lake Van. There will be parasols, long chairs, and a café around the swimming pool,” the governor noted, adding that the cleanest shores of Lake Van are located at their region, Turkish Posta daily writes.
