YEREVAN.- Mayor of Yerevan Karen Karapetyan will leave for an official visit to Nice on September 23 at the invitation of Nice Mayor Christian Estrosi.

Karapetyan’s delegation will participate in the opening ceremony of memorial dedicated to the victims of Armenian Genocide of 1915.

Yerevan Mayor will attend reception on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence and hold meetings with Mayor Estrosi and representatives of Armenian community.

Yerevan and Nice are sister cities since 2007.
