CSTO member states’ special services detected about 10 terrorist websites engaged in recruitment of suicide bombers. The operation’s code name was “Proxi.”
CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha stated that up-to-date information technologies are used for destabilization of the political situation in certain states.
CSTO comprises Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
