RA President Serzh Sargsyan and newly appointed Netherlands Ambassador to Armenia Pieter Jan Langenberg (residence-Tbilisi) discussed Armenia-EU relations and recent developments in Armenia-Turkey relations.
Dutch diplomat presented his credentials to RA President, presidential press service informed NEWS.am. Serzh Sargsyan highly appreciated Netherlands’ support to the development of Armenia’s economy since its independence and stressed the successful cooperation between the two states within the framework of World Bank and IMF “Dutch Group.”
The parties also underlined the necessity of expansion of bilateral and multilateral format relations’ and EU “Eastern Partnership” program.
Serzh Sargsyan also presented Armenia’s stance on Nagorno-Karabakh negotiation process, as well as Armenia-Turkey reconciliation.
