The Armenian National Congress has not yet decided to hold a rally, Arman Musinyan, Spokesman for Armenia’s first president, Chairman of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan, told reporters.

“A rally is part of political process, and can be held in a few days or even months. It must serve its purpose,” Musinyan said. He pointed pout that the present situation is not favorable for holding a rally with or without other political forces.

Musinyan also pointed out that the ANC does not think all the potential for uniting has been exhausted, but “of course, we have a strategy – what we are to do if there is no unification.”

According to Musinyan, the ANC continues the process of uniting the public, political forces and individuals, but “without result” though much better conditions for unification are available now than a few months go.
