“De jure ‘Madrid principles’ might serve Armenian’s purposes, but de facto the main positive messages are directed towards Azerbaijan, as it gets precise and pecuniary advantages, whereas Armenia — indefinite and illusory things”, stated Yervand Bozoyan, a political analyst today, at the meeting with journalists. “Those insisting on prompt settlement of the issue, can unwillingly provoke a war, that is Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be either resolved quickly — by war or will take much longer. If the issues like Karabakh problem are to be solved promptly, there would be no conflict in the world,” Bozoyan said.
