November 16, 2009 EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby will pay a two-day visit to Azerbaijan within the framework of regular consultations.

According to Azerbaijani mass media, his visit is aimed at holding meetings with high ranking officials and non-governmental organizations of the country.

Semneby last visited Azerbaijan in September, 2009.

As NEWS.am reported earlier, October 28, 2009 Semneby arrived in Armenia within the framework of the regional visit. He had meetings with RA President Serzh Sargsyan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan and other officials.
