Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan attended the official opening ceremony of the 31st Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), reports Ani Badalyan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
Also, there was a short exchange of views with colleagues from a number of countries, including Germany, Turkey, Austria, Luxembourg, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Andorra.
