French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier arrived in Azerbaijan on Sunday.
According to Azerbaijani press, he will participate in a press conference to hand over chairmanship in the Minsk Group to Jacques Faure who will take up the office from January.
