YEREVAN. - In Armenia’s Artik criminal-execution institution a convict committed suicide leaving a suicide note.

As the Justice Ministry Criminal Executive Department’s PR office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am, on Tuesday at around 02.30 p.m. Sahak Avetisyan, 24, hanged himself in the cell.

He was convicted to 15 years of freedom deprivation for robbery and murder on January 31, 2007.

The convict left a note asking not to blame anyone for his death. He committed suicide because of family problems.
