No new swine flu cases were registered in Armenia within last two days, Assistant to RA Health Ministry Shushan Hunanyan informed NEWS.am, adding that precise number of infected with A/H1N1 will be available on Monday. She also denied the information on swine flu death cases in the country, stating that the three people died of seasonal flu.

However, NEWS.am had already reported of at least one death case. According to official data, a 30-year old man died of pneumonia arriving from Belgium. However, RA chief infectiologist Ara Asoyan said that he is at a loss to answer whether mentioned people died of swine or seasonal flu, as “it is impossible to sample cadaveric material.”
