YEREVAN. - The bilateral agreement between Lithuania and Spain regarding representation in issuance of Schengen visas enters into force on June 1, The Baltic Course quoted the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In compliance with the agreement, Lithuania will represent Spain in issuing Schengen visas in Armenia, and Spain will represent Lithuania in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Kenya, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.

After the agreement enters into force, residents of Armenia wishing to come to Spain will be able to apply and receive a Schengen visa at the Lithuanian Embassy in Yerevan.
