YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police received a call, on Wednesday at 7:30am, informing that a vehicle was on fire on a capital city Yerevan street.

It was found out that a fire had started in the engine and salon of a Nissan Qashqai while it was in motion on the street, and, as a result, the jeep’s engine and salon were partly destroyed, the Police press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.      

A fire and rescue squad extinguished the fire at 7:15am.

A fire and technical examined is commissioned, and the circumstances are being ascertained.
