YEREVAN. - On Saturday Yerevan Circus building was exploded by the construction company. It is planned to build new and modern circus building with two-story parking lot. The roof was blown up several weeks ago. The photo coverage of the story is available here.
Armenian News-NEWS.am earlier reported that on Sept. 8 planned explosion will be conducted in Agatangeghos 1 Street for dismantling Yerevan circus building. Police media department informed that from 03:30 pm to 04:30 pm the traffic on a part of Agatangeghos street will be stopped.
The building was blown up with two-hour delay. Rescue Service Deputy Chief Nikolay Grigoryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the team detected damage inside the device.
