On July 3, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Bernard Fassier, Robert Bradtke and Igor Popov, as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, who are in Yerevan as part of their regional visit.

The mediators informed the FM of the meetings they had in Stepanakert, the RA foreign office press service told NEWS.am. Edward Nalbandian stressed the necessity of Karabakh’s full participation in the peace process, as any agreement is impossible to reach without Nagorno-Karabakh.

The sides also discussed progress in talks based on the results of the Armenian-Azerbaijani-Russian presidential meeting Saint Petersburg. They also touched on possible meetings of the foreign ministers organized on the sidelines of the Informal OSCE Ministerial Meeting held in Almaty on 16-17 July 2010.
