Kazakhstan welcomes the improvement of the relations between the two closest strategic partners – Russia and Turkey, Kazakh Foreign Minister Erlan Idrissov stated.
According to him, Russia and Turkey are important, close, strategic partners for Kazakhstan. They are encouraged with improvement of the relations between Russia and Turkey, Sputnik News reported.
The warming of relations between the two countries is observed since the President of Turkey Recep Erdogan sent a letter to the Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Kazakh Foreign Minister noted.
«Our leader, considering close ties with both Russia and Turkey, and also good relations with the leaders of Russia and Turkey, obviously used them to contribute in some way to the improvement of relations between Russia and Turkey following the jet incident”, Idrissov noted.
