Belgian police arrested two people, a man and a woman, suspected of providing false documents to the terrorist Khalid El Bakraoui. The man was arrested, whereas the woman was released on "strict conditions", reports DW.

After the terrorist attacks in Paris, the Belgian justice authorities for more than 2 years have been investigating the case against two more suspects. One of the suspects, Farid K., was detained for affiliation with the terrorist organization. He was accused of forging documents.

Mariam B, who was also suspected of forging documents and was recently arrested and interrogated by the police along with Farid K., was released on "strict conditions". The prosecutor's office did not provide other details in the interests of the investigation.

Investigators assume, that two suspects forged documents for Khalid El Bakraoui, who on 22 March of 2016 committed the terrorist attack in Brussels. The series of terrorist attacks of November 2015 in Paris were made by the same terrorist group, that organized the attacks on the subway and airport in Brussels.
